It just took off the last 14 for me in the past 9 weeks (in combo with really watching what I ate). It combines strength training, cardio, and abs. I did 10 days at each of the three levels (which get progressively more difficult) and took some days off here and there for a cold, just too tired, etc. Now I do level 3 4X a week. It only takes 20 minutes per night and it goes very quickly because there is absolutely no rest. This DVD did more than any workout of cardio, running, weight training, etc. has ever done for me. I'm back to pre-preg weight and more toned than I was pre-preg.

This sounds like a great DVD! I am wondering if the cardio is high or low impact as I have knee issues and need a low impact aerobic session.

One of the great things about this DVD is that every level has modified versions of most moves, including the cardio moves. One of the ladies does the "advanced" move and the other does the "beginner" move. So you can easily make it low impact.

I agree with above re: modifying the moves, but as someone with knee issues, I would say this isn't the knee-friendliest DVD. Lots of jumping jacks, jogging in place type moves and lunges/squats. However, it is an effective workout, and it's only $8 right now on Amazon (and it's often free on-demand on COmcast). I modify some of the moves even more than the DVD shows, but I still get a good workout (of course, I'm pretty out of shape right now). I could never do it everyday though - that would be too rough on my knees.

OP Here: Thanks for all of the great ideas. I have never had to to work at keeping a slim build. When I had my first DS the weight literally melted off in 3 months with a combination of watching what I eat and a little treadmill action. I am five years older now, way more tired, way more busy, and it seems like what I did 5 years ago won't work now.

Definately am going to look into the DVD. The sad part is, we have a treadmill in the basement I am just unmotivated and I guess pissed that I actually HAVE TO work out instead of WANTING TO work out. It's mental and I know I need to just get over it and do it. I am sooooo over the muffin top, so I have no choice now! LOL!

We do need a support group to keep us motivated to get rid of the muffin tops!
