It totally depends on what was said, what details were given, etc. That is why you needn't ask the lawyer.

Probably still a conflict. ++ on the receptionist does all that research, you won't get to the point of speaking with a lawyer to have the lawyer tell you they aren't able to help you. If you can't use them you won't ever get to speak w/the atty.
