PP Congrats on your offer. Obviously don't know your situation but you may want to rethink this approach. Do a search on counteroffers and read up on the downsides of accepting them. OP here. Wanted to report back that I had a meeting and we negotiated a significant increase. Not what I asked but I knew they wouldn't give me as much and I'm happy with the end result. Thanks all for great advice.
