When I had a newborn I didn't cook dinner, nor did I pump, and someone made the first couple batches of cookies for me and froze them. I sat on my arse and nursed all day long. I suggest OP do the same.

My go to snack while nursing was a couple of slices of whole grain bread. Put favorite meltable cheese on top in strips and cook in toaster oven at 275 for 10 minutes until they melt. Add tomatoes, etc on top as desired.

I guess that's grilled cheese, but no frying pan.
