Lululemon.
I've sold pants and jackets for twice what I bought them for. Sometimes even more. |
| No, but when I leave Costco it would be easy to believe that I must be running a resale business. It's those stupid oversized shopping carts. I don't seem to feel like I'm finished shopping until it's filled to the top and busting over the sides. |
I think Costco works if you have some kind of a storefront but it wouldn't really work for a resale business online. It is more getting something on sale, at a liquidation event, etc. that you can then turnaround and sell at a profit to someone else who is buying it for less than he/she can buy it at a store. |

I sell on ebay. I love shopping at tnrift stores and when I find things worth reselling I buy it. I'm a SAHM so it's a way to make a little extra income while shopping for deals for my kids.

I find things for both free and very minimal and turn around to sell on Ebay and make a profit. There is a facebook group that people post things that can go for very high, yet they only maybe have paid a buck for it at the thrift shop. I REALLY need to gain some patience (and time) to go thrift shopping because some of the stuff these people find for a few bucks are selling for anywhere from $40-100++.
I am a work at home mom who is always looking for ways to make some extra money. Nothing wrong with that! |
| I just read an article online about a guy who was making a living buying and reselling things on craigslist. As others have said, I think you need to spend a fair amount of time on it, have a truck to haul stuff in, and a place to store stuff. |
