Drop off before school times?

I am an ES administrator and had to do this. I hated it. Just drop your kids at the right time. I can't drop my kids off early at their school or their daycare.

Except that it is stated by the school "you cannot drop your children until --am!) so it's fine for some parents to rearrange their schedules or some parents pay for SACC only to then see other parents who don't give a crap about the rules because they are "in a bind". Every household with two working parents are in a bind yet some take measures to obey rules and others don't. I wish our school would send out warnings. I've even seen 1st an2nd graders out waiting- just not right.

I have no dog in this hunt, but you do not know what the circumstances are for this. NO, the kids should not be dropped off early--but maybe you should be grateful to get into SACC. Lots of parents cannot get into SACC.

A kid standing outside of a school door is not even a big deal. All the kids form a line at the door at my daughters school. Works fine.

I'm great full for SACC got a spot our first year for BS but still in the waiting list for AS for three years. But hey I'd rather not pay for SACC like those parents dropping off their kids before they are allowed. Drop off at 8:50. I believe they open the doors at 9am. It was pretty hard watching little kids running back to try to catch their parents car at 8:30 this morning because the doors weren't open! SACC is a separate entrance. By the time i drive away The school finally opened them early but some kids I imagine were soaked. They probably had no clue about getting buzzed in or no one saw them since it was so early.

Even better: how about follow the rules and drop of at the time the school permits?
