| My kids' elementary school had a school song that one of the long-time teachers had written, and the kids all learned it during the first few weeks of school. Back to School Night was a family event, and the kids performed the song. It got me choked up every damn time. I can't remember all the words, but it was so sweet... about learning and caring, building a future, helping the world. |
