Yes to never giving work a thought once I leave the office. I work in IT. But we have 24x7 staff for outages and I do project managment now.
I also have a great staff and I trust them to do their job. |

I think it is really based on personality. I am a CPS social worker and see/hear/deal with a lot of horrible stuff day in and day out. But if I couldn't leave it at work, I would be useless to DH and my kids.
On the other hand, DH can't stand for me to talk about work (no specifics obviously, but general situations) because he can't sleep an stresses about it. |
