I have the same problem... I started the "travelers diarrhea" thread. Mine is slightly improving. I tried a and d ointment last night. My friend said it seems like diaper rash. Well see how it goes...

6:24 here - definitely try the a and d. If its a bigger problem it may not get rid of the source, but it definitely helps symptoms!

I would get some preparation H wipes, use them but be gentle) followed by some kind of anti itch cream. Give it a few days.
