+1 I would've negotiated more time off, so the hourly rate stays the same (i.e. more leave, either Fridays off or just accruing more vacation time per pay period). I think it is a big mistake to accept a cut by going full time, especially if you are salaried now, because full time usually means more than 40 hours. |
