| I think the whole gov eval system needs to be redone. It's a ridiculous evaluation without measurable goals. And there's no reverse evaluation on your manager. When I was in private sector we got to put in evaluations of our managers, which were taken into consideration. |

Completely agree. Once the policy at my dept was no more awards, my evaluation went up a bit. No bonuses or awards, even time off awards. This is he it'll be for a while, so I personally don't care about my evaluation and just do my job. I don't even listen at my eval meeting. The whole process is a waste of time and energy. |
