23:15- I do. That's my default option. I'm emptying the house now, and looking to sell ASAP. If I get more than the loan, great. If not, I'm not on the hook for anything.

I can't leave the DC area because Ex is hellbent on staying here. It's one of those cases where one person makes a horrible spouse, but a terrific parent. With a SN child I need the support more than ever, if not from ex then from family.

Nursing school sounds like an option, but I agree that the money won't go far here.
