Stop keeping score, OP. You felt close enough to her to have her as your child's godmother, so presumably there is something there worth holding onto.

She moved to another country. Of course she made new friends in her new home. How do you expect someone to get through daily life without them? She still remembers and calls on your birthdays. That's sweet.

If she's living in another country and is home for only a month, I would imagine she gets pulled in a million directions both by her and her husband's family to spend time with all of them and their extended family, friends, plus has a thousand errands and other things to accomplish during her short stay.

You expect a lot, it seems. Maybe you can be the person in her life that's flexible and understanding. I dunno. Hard to know for sure without more detail.
