It may be a block from Union Station but it's also a block from Sursum Corda, a troubled public housing project.

Look, it's no big deal to me. I live next door to public housing myself and I'm fine with it. But I think it's probably pretty scary for a number of people on DCUM and I imagine it plays into some people's decisions about where to send their kids.
