22:05 again here. Also, if your DD doesn't make the cut when young and they love ballet - research a bit, find another place for training, and re-audition in the next few years. They will take well-trained dancers at any level even those without the "perfect" ideal ballet body. You have to make sure they are getting legitimate ballet training though. Bottom line is that it's a money maker, particularly at the lower levels but the training is very good for the most part. |

My daughter danced at ballet petite until she was 10, and now dances at washington ballet. There are some great teachers at ballet petite that really know how to give the kids a good foundation before they go off to a more "serious" school. |
