I'm almost years post partum, and I still look pregnant. What gives?

Sorry that's just cruel. But for reunion, get some good shape wear. At least my pp belly was really mushy and the shape wear worked like a dream (doesn't help with the DH unfortunately).

Seriously. Try Assets by Sara Blakely. I saw some at JCPenney. It's affordable and fantastic. Makes my three month post part up body look like I never had a baby.

Google diastesis rectii. Your abdominal muscles are split - do transverse abdominal work. Tuppler method if you need a program.
