Just so you know, that's in the Fairfax County section of Alexandria. Most people generally associate "Alexandria City" when they hear Alexandria mentioned in terms of real estate.

For schools, you want Alexandria in Fairfax County. For more walkability options to restaurants, cafes, metro, more "hip" city flavor, you want Alexandria City. Not all areas of Alexandria City are walkable, but very close.
