Interesting cookie recipe for someone who doesn't bake

Compost cookies! Find an easy chewy chocolate chip cookies recipe (sorry, mine uses a mixer, and really needs to to cream the butter and sugar well).... and instead of or in addition to chocolate chips add crushed pretzels, cranberries, butterscotch chips, thick crushed potato chips... get creative. But the key is to mix up the sweet and salty and crunchy and chewy additions.
