| If you want to be further involved, you might suggest to SIL/BIL/MIL that they look imto getting on the budget plan for utilities. The gas company will figure out the average amount per month over 12 months and bill accordingly. That way, it will be a little higher during the summer, but the same amount during the winter. We do this for all utilities and it makes budgeting and paying mich easier. |
