Baskin robbins ice cream cake. Can pick up in Woodley Park or Bethesda. Order online.

I think Giant might do them. Maybe Harris Teeter too.

These are so easy to make. Just bake a cake in a bowl, turn it upside down, frost it, take the legs off a Barbie place her in the middle of the top so it looks like the cake is her skirt.

Bonus points for placing rows of M and Ms around the "skirt" to make a pretty design.

This lady is REALLY good but in Cleveland, Ohio. I hope you find someone who can put as brilliant a spin on things.

You can order online but I strongly suggest you go in person and pick one from the in-store catalogue and then they can tell you right there if they have the plastic pieces to go on top or if you need to pick another one (ie, not all stores have everything that is shown online). I think the closest giant to Logan is the one right at the Van Ness metro but not sure maybe there is a closer one downtown? (is there a new grocery store at NY ave now?)

Logan Circle is 13th and P - there's a Giant at 8th and O now.

Target bakery has a Barbie doll on a cake. Not sure if there is one near you.
