Another caveat about Dave is that his concepts can be really hard to apply in this area. Very high cost of living and two-earner families with high childcare costs as the norm make it more difficult to pay down debt. Not saying you shouldn't check it out, but just be aware that he's coming from a Nashville, TN, one-earner mind-set.
