Which type of bedroom flooring is more valuable?

It wouldn't matter to me -- I'd tear out either before move in day.

if you've ever seen laminate floors (i'm assuming "vinyl plank" is the same) they're pretty obviously not real hardwood. it doesn't take a genius to notice.
