PP. So sorry about your experience with them.
I was there about a month ago and the only follow up' s I get are if I email them.I am an email person and figured I wasn't going to waste my time trying to call any nurses.

I've just started going there, so it may be early to form an opinion. I'm getting bloodwork done today and having an hsg next week. Any idea what to expect after that?

DH and I recently had our follow up appt with Dr. Levens (after concluding all of the testing for the workup). We've found the doctor, nurse, and staff friendly and efficient so far. Our nurse is great about returning phone calls, and when she was on vacation, the nurses they had covering her patients were responsive to phone messages. Our first treatment cycle is next month, so I can't speak to the treatment experience, but so far we feel well taken care of.

I've been going here for a while now. Had IUIs and now doing IVF. During the process, my nurse and doctor (Dr Levens) has been beyond expectations. They follow up frequently and are very quick yo respond to any questions I have (which have been A Lot!). The finance person has been a little slow to respond but I've found that as long as I stay on top of her, she gets everything taken care. I have had a great exoereicne with everyone I've encountered so far. I've also seen Dr Saffan occasionally during my morning u/s appts, and he's been friendly and optimistic too. I'm pretty happy with them overall.

Had Dr Saffan as well. He was very understanding and approachable. Our relationship with the nurses was fine. We have been blessed with twins which are turning 4 next month. Good luck!

We are on our 3rd IUI with Dr Levens. I am going to CFA on Thursday for a second opinion.
While I have not had any problems with SG or Dr. Levens I feel like there should be more testing to try to figure out why we are having difficulties getting pregnant. Secondary infertility is our diagnosis.
I do like that Dr Levens calls between each cycle to answer any questions and make sure you're ok with the next steps.
