Non surgical tips for flat chest post-nursing

Actually she asked about the implants when someone chimed in.

If you have NO BREAST TISSUE there is nothing to push up or enhance. I guess she could get a prosthetic breast. There are no options for people with no tissue. How absurd would a 12yr old boy look with a padded push up bra? Same thing.

I BF'd three kids, and for a couple of years after my boobs were like deflated tea bags. So sad. I went to a good bra shop and invested in some decent bras to put what little I had back into place. Looked much better.

Fast forward a couple more years and I am now in peri-menopause (age 47). Now my boobs have filled in and perked up. They aren't as perky as implants, or when I was young, but they def don't look like empty tea bags any more. So weird! I'm 5'7" and weigh about 135, so I think there is enough fat on me to benefit my boobs. My point is your boobs may change for the better. Now if I could get the mommy refresher - tummy tuck and boob lift - I would totally spring for it. Nothing seems to touch my squishy belly. Bummer.
