Good job! Here is another one that will kill and I mean Kill your rear end. It is very targeted and I promise you will see results very fast. I modify this a bit. Here his how I modify it for me: 1. I hold a 25Lb weight and do 10 on each side. 2. I do it much slower focusing on balance at the top, never letting my foot that I swing over touch the bench. ok, I'll try it at the gym today but I think Im going to topple over :O
I can see how this particular exercise actually engages a lot of different muscles - core, ab/aductors, calves and of course glutes, hams and quads. will start without weights first to get used to the exercise. |
