Komi is fantastic if you can get a reservation! Another vote for CityZen. Citronelle is more formal, but still awesome.

Citronelle is closed due to a flood the hotel in which they are located had a while back. I think his restaurant out in VA also closed so right now the only chance for Michel Richard's cooking is at Central, not a romantic spot in my opinion and a sliver of what Chef Richard is capable of.
