When you look at the map on the second one, there are 3 house that are at or above a million and then a block away there are houses for $100K, I don't get that. Gorgeous houses by the way.

SIL and family just moved to Nichols Hills, I believe they picked that area for the schools.

plus you get to be in a city with a sweet bball team...not a crappy one like ours.
