Depends the day (and the weather, honestly)

Today:
Breakfast: breakfast bar
Lunch: Tuna with dried cranberries, pretzels, fruit salad, dark chocolate
Snack: mini Chobani yogurt
Dinner: Haven't gotten that far yet. The weather has thrown my meal plan off. Maybe risotto or lasagna.

Yesterday it was:
Breakfast: muffin top
Lunch: Pasta salad (not the mayo type. Italian dressing with feta, provolone, salami, ham, and veggies), fruit, dark chocolate
I forgot to pack a snack. Was starving when I got home and ate leftover pasta salad.

Lunch is usually leftovers, a baked potato, or tuna. Dinner varies. Snacks are usually yogurt, fruit, dark chocolate and the occasional treat.

Breakfast, always coffee plus one of the following. A whole wheat waffle w/peanut butter and Greek yogurt or scrambled eggs in wheat tortilla, or whole grain cereal or oatmeal with fruit and milk.
Lunch, a frozen entree with extra veggies, or veggie soup or stir fry, or subway veggie on wheat.
Dinner. My typical rotation is vegetarian lasagna with salad, seafood chowder, shrimp scampi, veg chili, breakfast for dinner (eggs, toast, fruit, turkey sausage for the meat eaters in my house) veggie pizza, sometimes Chinese takeout.
I snack whenever I want (cheese and crackers, fresh fruit or veggies, frozen grapes, chips and salsa) and always have wine after dinner.

Today I had bacon and tea for breakfast, salad, roasted potatoes and chicken for lunch, and will have some guacamole and a margarita for dinner.

I just ate a whole sleeve of Club crackers and 3/4 pack of sliced Cracker Barrel Cheese. Yeah, I should stop.

I've been on a starvation diet since February -- banana for breakfast and lunch and a salad for dinner.

I don't understand. Aren't you all starving?

Your body gets used to it, your stomach shrinks back to a normal size. As long as you eat the healthiest, most nutrition packed foods you can, you not really need to eat a lot of food every day.

Hmm yesterday I had a whole wheat cheese sandwhich, peaches, cottage cheese, a string cheese and tortilla chips for lunch.

I had an eggroll and about 1/2 cup fried rice later in the afternoon.

For dinner we made nachos with black beans, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, onions, sour cream.

Today I had a banana for breakfast. For lunch I had a cheese sandwhich, cottage cheese, tortilla chips and peaches again. I am currently eating a nut/fruit/yogurt mix for a snack. Tonight we are having tacos for dinner.

I am also pregnant (2nd trimester) and having some nausea and food issues.
