| I just make some Jello Instant Pudding and freeze it in popsicle molds. Takes less than 5 minutes and my son thinks I am brilliant. |

So much! Ten years ago, when my mom was dying of cancer, we got all nostalgic about things we enjoyed together in my childhood and drove grocery store to grocery store trying to find some but without any luck -- I think they must have just gone off the market then. Now I have fond memories of both the pops themselves and that silly afternoon with my mom.
The hard outside shell was my favorite. And my brother and I would fight over who got the vanilla/chocolate swirl ones. |

Yes, that thin coating of ice was awesome, and it's impossible to replicate with the homemade ones. |
