Mix equal sour cream and dijon mustard - dip fish in it.
Then coat with bread crumbs Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
| Half a cup of Parmesan, two tbs of butter and two tbs of mayo, some garlic and herbs. Mix together and smear on top of fish, broil in oven. Yum! |
Doesn't a recipe like this totally counteract the health benefits of eating fish? Or eating any protein at all? |
