| Do you cut the squash lengthwise first before you roast it in the oven? When it's done then you fork scrape it to get he strings? TIA. |
| I have a friend who basically uses the strings as a sub for potatoes in a latke-like pancake. I haven't tried it yet, but I can see that being decent. I was not impressed with spaghetti squash as a sub for pasta. |
