What much compromise is too much compromise?

I will agree with those that say that Location never changes, but


BUT: In a few year (knock on wood!) we should get the Purple Line within easy walking distance of our house. That is the next best thing to having your location improve. Just ask people in VA near the Silver Line. We expect it to almost immediately rasie the value of our home.

Purple line is different, it just connects already metro stationed areas so it's a different thing.

On another note do you think that Bethesda is excited to get a straight shot from PG county? Didn't crime shoot up around the metro when the green line was introduced?

I'm looking now and I've realized that if I'm to buy in this market I am going to get to hold firm on location and compromise on absolutey everything else.
