naturalgardening.com - I have had good luck with both seeds and plants for several years. they have some good varieties of heirloom veggies, etc.

OP, I believe hyacinths and irises are planted in the fall, so there won't be many of them anywhere. I know you probably wanted to see the peonies in person, but of course they don't bloom for a few months so maybe online is your best bet?

OP Because you are in Fairfax, you might try Green Spring Gardens, off Little River Turnpike, between Alexandria and Annandale. They have many native plants and good sales on Saturday mornings.
