Sei and Oya are both really pretty and girlie. I also love the bars at Poste and Proof. Proof is usually pretty crowded; Poste has generally been less so. I think Cafe Atlantico is something else now.
If you really want bar space, try Penn Social at 9th & E. Also, I haven't been, but I think Cedar (on E around 8th) has HH specials. Hill Country might also be worth checking out, though you'd probably get hungry smelling the BBQ while you waited for dinner! |

Hogo, near the convention center, has great rum-based drinks. Bit of a schlep, but perfect to transport you to the tropics in this annoying weather that is neither winter nor spring!
I also like Poste and Proof, much closer to Rasika. |

Oyamel has terrific drinks and is just two doors down. But it will probably be just as crowded as Rasika.
701 is a good recommendation. |
| Poste in the hotel Monaco - great place for drinks! |

Drinks are great at Rasika, but I agree that there likely won't be room at the bar at that time.
Proof would be my second choice, but also likely to be crowded. Poste is your best bet. Plenty of room at both bars and fine drinks. Super nice staff and close enough to Rasika. |
| so OP, did you go this past weekend? where to? |
+1 the patio should be open. It's enclosed and lovely. Have a drink there. |
Yep! Every other place was packed so we just grabbed a beer at some hole in the wall around the corner. We had a nice leisurely meal of lots of different appetizers at Rasika, along with a couple of their cocktails, which were to die for. |
