Agreed about Springboard. The people who are with my DD are very nice, but seem disorganized. Also, I don't think there is a true understanding of what is developmentally appropriate for different age groups. It's common for electives teachers to not show up, or quit in the middle of a a session you've already paid for. Once, I arrived to pick up my 3-year-old and they didn't know where she was. Turns out they sent her to a class that we never registered for. This was well into the year when they have already known the routines. It might seem trivial, but it took them about 15 minutes to find her. You can only imagine what was going through my mind in that 15 minutes.
Also, it was promised that they would be trained by the school staff which would ensure they understood the philosophy of the school and continued that in AC. Not sure if the training happens. However, it feels like a completely different school after 3:30. I believe this is somewhat common and difficult to avoid when you have a completely difficult team of people teaching in the afternoon, and I know this is the case with many AC programs. However, in this case, the differences just seem too vast. Huge let down.
