And I take plenty of allergy meds and have no interest in another cold med. The idea behind straight up Mucinex is that it makes your nose runnier and therrore less congested and the theory is that it des the same for all of your bodily mucus. I take EPO still but I don't really think it makes a difference. I took it this month and never got any EWCM.

Honestly the ony thing I can recommend that I've noticed improvements is pre-seed inserted. When I first got pre-seed I had no idea what the applicators were for and threw them away. Now I am going through a box every other month it seems.

Okay, new question. We've been using pre-seed b/c sadly I'm a little dry down there too. We've just kind of used it like regular lube and that's worked fine. So what is the advantage of using the applicators?

My understanding is that using the applicators gets the Pre-Seed closer to your cervix, where CM would naturally be lurking...

We swear by this stuff -- Pre-Seed, plus fertility monitors, have definitely made a huge difference for us in getting pregnant.

Just try it inserted and you will see what 10:22 means. You can use a little or a lot. You can even insert it pretty well in advance or not end up having sex and not have a crazy mess.

Has anyone tried soft cups with success? I've tried them before and just used them 2x around ovulation (I think I may have ovulated yesterday - will know for sure with 2 more temps). I guess the idea is that it keeps the sperm up there closer to the cervix for longer. Just curious.
