for me, I found the idea of taking something that could harm my baby to be so anxiety inducing that it was better to go off meds to rid myself of that source of anxiety. I increased therapy instead, but its definitely a decision you need to make for you.

People who are against taking any medications in pregnancy...I wonder what lengths you go to to eat food without possible toxins.

If therapy is all you need, then yes, you don't need to be on medication during pregnancy. For some people, it's not an option.
