How long is sliced deli meat good?

3-5 days?? We regularly keep deli meat for 2 weeks at a time and have never gotten sick from eating it. Still smells/tastes fine.

Till it smells or develops white film.
If it turns blue in the pan when you fry it, it's gone bad.
