Redfin

We used Redfin to sell our townhouse last summer and it was a great experience. A prominent local agent reached out to us to list it but her full service fee also included staging, which was something I had already paid for an arranged on my own, so it would have been a waste of money to "pay" for it twice, as it were.

If you live in a low-trafficked area, farther out, I would probably advise using a traditional agent because they're going to put up signs all over the place. However, if you're in a well trafficked neighborhood, I think Redfin should be fine as long as you're OK with arranging to have someone stage it, since many full fee agents will stage it for you as part of their fee.
