Quinoa anyone?

We cook it until al dente (like pasta) by boiling 2-3 minutes less than the directions, then I sautee it with olive oil and walnuts. Season to flavor, or you can add pesto to flavor as well. We usually eat this as a side dish to a protein or fish.

I cook it in chicken stock instead of plain water and serve it as a side with almost anything. Yum!
