No PP..actually she said you should expect it right away

You clearly have problems with reading comprehension. There's nothing there that says "expect".

This (to me) implies that a school that can not provide a tour that day is not really welcoming. If this was not the implication than why not call ahead and come at a convenient time. I will not hijack OPs thread further..

What difference would it make if a parent called for a tour appointment versus stopping in and asking for an appointment for a tour?
