Canterbury Woods AAP

My kid went to CWES. The sixth grade was challenging - they test the 8th grade sol math and IOWA algebra readiness. The teachers, both the math teacher and the history teacher are fabulous! I don't remember the percentage who took algebra I in 7th grade but it was very high for CWES.
A very good AAP program!

True, the AAP class sizes are around 30-32; however, there are kids in the CWES gen ed population who go to the AAP classes for math. This does bring the math class size up by 4 - 6 more students.

Yes, they add 3 students in the morning and 3 students in the afternoon. Plus several of the 6th grade students go to Frost for Algebra I.

My daughter attended both canterbury and wakefield forest and she said she liked the canterbury woods school better.
