condo noise: help, advice, please?

Twins, that's a tough one.
Please tell us about floor coverings, what are the condo's rules on that.
I'd leave them a note. They might be able to curb some of this, keep the twins in another part of the unit. Then again, maybe not.

When my son was a toddler, we were visiting friends at a condo in Georgetown. There were three toddlers running around. The floors have rugs on them. The neighbor downstairs complained. My friends were gracious and we kept the toddlers more settled.

It's impossible to know how they will respond.

13:30 Nice that you chose a top floor unit so that you wouldn't be bothered by noise from above, but you inflict noise on neighbors below.

It looks like this post is the reason the thread was resurrected. PP, you might have benefited from more productive responses if you had started a new topic because it seems to me you have a very different kind of problem. I don't have any answers, but maybe drawing attention to what is effectively a new OP will help you collect a few.
