Painting sons toenails.

Totally agree, no big deal. My DS wanted one of his nails painted and he was a huge hit among his friends at daycare the next day! They thought it was pretty cool!

This is SO a fight not worth fighting. What are your reasons for saying no? I promise you, finger nail polish will not make him gay, just as wearing a princess costume will not make your daughter royalty.

I went ahead and allowed it. It removed it the next morning. Now he wants his to stay painted like his sisters, should I allow this? Maybe pick out blue or orange for him?

Oh good god. That is so incredibly unfair of you. If your son wanted to go outside and throw a football, would you tell your daughter she couldn't do that because it's not something girls do?

He was gently teased at work, a little embarrassed, and ended up with a fun story to share.
