questions about FCPS curriculum

There is a standard curriculum, and from Center to Center it is the intended curriculum, but there is not consistency for things like geography bee, math competitions, access to highly advanced math opportunities, robotics, etc.

Also there are differences in the way the established curriculum is taught. Some center school use the same methods and tools, then just load on extra worksheets and projects for AAP students. Other centers encourage deeper, more critical thinking rather than just an extra 5 worksheets. I think you can tell which I think is the better approach.
