What bullshit. And you're an idiot for believing it. Obamacare is the best thing that ever happened to medical equipment. |

Really? You are delusional. They were laying off anyway. |
one could only wish this was true |
You are naive. Elections have consequences and this is TIp of the iceberg |
This might have had more credence if he had waited for something to pass. Nothing has changed legislatively since the election. |
It's kind of like the people complaining about their insurance premiums having increased this year, as though premiums haven't increased every year in the last 15 years. Lol |
Anyone in the medical device industry knows Welch Allyn ( as referenced in the articles above) had loads of troubles way before Affordable Care Act was even being discussed.
Welch allyn was selling EKG machines made by another company for years (decades even?). Schiller then split out on their own selling the machines that welch allyn had been sticking their name on for so long. Then when they finally began makign their own machines they werent compatable with any of the 100's of EMR (paperless medical records) systems out there-so no docs wanted to buy a machine that could communicate with their records. Basically they had the rug ripped out from under them For poor planning. |
