| OP, roasted cauliflower is a great choice. My kids LOVE the stuff. Add in some chopped garlic too, but careful not to burn them. Also, make sure to take it out and flip the cauliflower over a couple of times so it browns on all sides. Yum! |

| We always do a medley of roasted parsnips, celery root, and turnip. Roast in garlic butter with some red onion. Serve with a yogurt/horseradish sauce and sea salt. Amazing. |
