| Took two. One in morning another after dog walk to warm up. I don't equate not showering with relaxation. Quite te opposite. |
| I took a shower and then got back into sweats for my work-at-home day. Rationale was same as others - wasn't sure if I'd get a hot shower for a couple days... |
| yes, I even worked out (just to a video at home) and then took a shower and put on jeans and a sweatshirt. |
Worked out and showered too, but put on sweats rather than jeans. And am amazed that we still have power! Hoping it holds up for a few more hours - fingers crossed. |
| Yes, I washed my hair and shaved my legs. I figure I won't be taking a hot shower for the next couple days. |
| I showered and put on fresh jammies. Im glad because we lost power already. |
|
YES!!!! If there are outages we are going into it clean.
The whole family just took baths/showers. I also went to the gym this morning and DH this afternoon. |
+1 |
| Also bathed both kids this morning. |

OP here. I live in an apartment and am pretty sure I'll have hot water even if the power goes out. We have a gas stove... does that mean our water is heated by gas as well?
Just took a hot shower just in case. And please excuse my ignorance on the water issue. It's just not something I have to think about on a regular basis, thank god. |
| I am one of those who showers in the morning. I cannot start my day unless I've showered. Just don't feel right. |
Here's the question: Did the PP's husband even SHOWER today??? |
Not necessarily. And even if you do, the ignition is likely electric. |
| We all showered and got back into clean pj's. I will miss a hot shower when the power is out! |
+1, though I'm beginning to doubt that the electricity is going to go out. |
