I know it goes against the conventional wisdom, but if you continue to have supply problems, you might consider supplementing with formula. I started doing so when I just couldn't stand that chained to the pump feeling and worrying about keeping up with demand was stressing me out. DD takes two 6 oz bottles at daycare, and when I started supplementing, I would just make each bottle half breastmilk and half formula. So DD gets about 6 oz of formula a day. My supply did end up increasing - it now almost meets DD's needs, but I continue to supplement because it allows me to build a freezer stash which I will use to stop pumping at work sooner. So for me, supplementing has been a really good thing.
