Vitamin d?

Like others, I tested deficient and took several rounds of prescription D and am now on 2,000 iu per day.

Fifteen minutes of sun per day, without sunscreen, should be enough, but I did see a study recently that found that there isn't enough direct sun in the winter months in areas from about here north, to give you any appreciable vitamin d, even if you stayed out all day.

I've been amazed at how much better I feel, and it may be a coincidence, but my hair, which had thinned considerably, is now back to being as thick as it was when I was in high school.
